vb777 Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
Play for fun, stay safe. vb777 gives you all the tools to keep your betting in check — from deposit limits to self-exclusion.
Why we care about responsible gaming
vb777 is a trusted online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. For us, entertainment is not just about the joy of winning — it means playing consciously and within your limits. Gambling should be a purely recreational activity, not a source of financial problems.
We believe that with the right information and the right tools, every player can stay in control of their own game. That is why vb777 provides user-friendly tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion.
Creating an account and playing on vb777 is only for those aged 21 or above. We take a firm stance against gambling by minors. If you see a minor using this site, please notify our support team.
Our protection tools
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a review period.
Time-Out
Temporarily close your account for a set period — such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time no betting or deposits will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel your playing is getting out of control, choose long-term self-exclusion. Selecting this option will deactivate your account permanently or for an extended period.
Betting History Review
View your complete betting and transaction history in your account. Analyse your playing patterns and take action in time if needed.
Reality Reminder
A reminder message is sent at regular intervals to let you know how long you have been playing. This helps prevent the habit of excessive play from forming.
24/7 Support
Our support team is available in Bengali and English, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. If gambling feels like it is becoming a problem, reach out to us at any time.
Warning signs of problem gambling
For most people gambling is just entertainment. But sometimes it can get out of control. Be cautious if you notice any of the following signs in yourself:
- You are spending beyond your budget and betting more to recover losses.
- You are spending most of your time playing instead of attending to family, friends, or work responsibilities.
- You are hiding your gambling from loved ones or lying about it.
- You are betting with borrowed money or funds meant for important expenses.
- You feel anxious, irritable, or depressed when you cannot play.
- You need to bet larger and larger amounts to get the same level of excitement.
- You have tried to stop playing but cannot.

Core principles of responsible gaming
vb777 believes that gambling is a conscious choice, not a compulsion. As a responsible player, certain principles should be followed:
Play for entertainment only
Do not think of gambling as a source of income. It is simply a form of entertainment.
Set your budget in advance
Before each session, decide the maximum amount you will spend and stick to it.
Accept losses
Betting more to recover losses is dangerous. The possibility of losing is always there.
Do not play when impaired
Take a break from betting if you are under stress or your concentration is low.
Keep track of your time
Keep an eye on how long you have been playing. The chance of making poor decisions increases during long sessions.
Keep family close
Talk openly with people you trust. Hiding things or lying is a sign of trouble.
